AS Hotels & Residences has partnered with Wyndham Hotels & Resorts to open the ‘Ramada Encore’ branded hotel in Gurugram, Haryana. The hotel, which will have 91 keys, will feature facilities such as all-day dining, gymnasium, banquet halls, meeting room, party deck, and swimming pool. The hotel is part of a mixed-use project called ‘Elan Miracle’, which combines high street retail with double height shops, a food court, a PVR Multiplex, office spaces, and hotel. The project is located on the 150 meters wide Dwarka Expressway and is well connected to central peripheral road, southern peripheral road, ISBT, and metro connectivity.
