Himmat Anand, Founder, Tree of Life Resorts & Hotels, has revealed that they managed to do an occupancy of 68% at their Jaipur property in July, and that too at an ARR of ₹10,700. “At Tree of Life Resort & Spa Jaipur, we did better occupancy than last July. Presently, in August we have 58% booked occupancy. The reason behind it is that we announced in mid-May that we will open on June 19 and kept our word. In June we did 50% discount, reduced it to 40% in July and further reduced it in August. Also, we did aggressive social media campaign during lockdown and introduced Driving Holidays and similar packages. However, we did not constantly over-hype our hygiene and safety measures. We state the logical, with confidence. We have now opened the Tree of Life Resort Udaipur and will keep opening the other six step by step.”
