Strengthening its portfolio in Maharashtra, Concept Hospitality Pvt. Ltd., has opened its seventh hotel in the Mumbai region with The Fern Residency, Turbhe, Navi Mumbai. Talking about the new addition to the brand’s existing portfolio, Mr Suhail Kannampilly, CEO, Concept Hospitality-The Fern Hotels & Resorts said, “We have been steadily growing in the state of Maharashtra. After our huge presence in Gujarat, we have become a major hospitality player in Maharashtra as well. And we look forward to opening a few more properties in the state in the near future.” With this new opening, the hotel chain now manages 20 hotels in Maharashtra and has 87 hotels operational across the country and in Nepal and Seychelles.
