New global research commissioned by Communications Specialist Ltd, reveals that nearly half (46%) of senior executives at high-end, luxury hotels are very concerned about staff retention and hiring new people in their sector. A further 44% said they are quite concerned, while just 10% said they are not concerned at all. Kevin Buchler, Chief Marketing Officer, Communications Specialist Ltd, said, “Senior executives within the luxury hotel market are optimistic about future growth. In our survey half predict growth of between 10% and 30%, and 28% expect it to be higher than this. However, without the right level of motivated staff, the sector is at risk of not fulfilling its potential growth.”
