Sarovar Hotels & Resorts has launched the Sarovar Leadership Development Program (SLDP), a 12-month hybrid programme designed to provide career development opportunities for young hospitality professionals. The programme, a strategic partnership with the Indian School of Hospitality, includes classroom sessions, online classes, on-the-job training, and mentorship at Hometel Chandigarh. The programme also includes boot camps and master classes at Hometel or ISH. The programme aims to equip students with necessary knowledge, skills, and experience to excel in their careers and become future leaders.
