Sarovar Hotels and IHG has signed their latest property in Nepal namely Sarovar Portico, Birgunj, and Holiday Inn Express Pokhara Lakeside respectively.
IHG has signed a management agreement with Swornim Hotel Pokhara Private Limited to develop a new Holiday Inn Express hotel – Holiday Inn Express Pokhra Lakeside, in Nepal. The new-build hotel will feature110 keys and will be operational by the first quarter of 2025.
Sarovar Portico, Birgunj upon completion in 2022 will have 50 well-appointed contemporary rooms and suites, offering elegant ambience and amenities to the guests. The hotel is a perfect option for any stay. Among other facilities on offer are All Day Dining, Resto-bar and extensive banquet and meeting facilities. The hotel is centrally located in the upcoming tallest building of the city which also houses a mall and multiplex.
