Radisson Introduces Braille Menus across South Asian properties

Radisson Hotel Group has introduced Braille menus across its South Asian properties to make dining more inclusive for visually impaired guests. The initiative, in partnership with the Confederation of Indian Industry’s Young Indians, aims to create welcoming environments for all guests and ensures an independent dining experience. In select properties, scannable audio QR codes are also integrated, allowing guests to listen to the menu at their own pace. This will be replicated across other hotels in the group’s portfolio.
