An oracle in business development, he has been constantly meeting customer acquisition goals and contributing to maximum revenue for all the top-of-the-line hotels he has been associated with in his career. His key responsibility areas include ideation and implementation of sales and marketing operatives, establishing brand associations with potential commercial houses and clients, achieving budgeted sales targets as well as hiring/training of the sales team to further bolster guest services in tune with the brand’s legendary hospitality standards. Assisting the General Manager for budget preparation, procuring new and repeat businesses and analysing performance of competitors to stay abreast of them also fall under the purview of his work.
