Thoughtfully crafted for the contemporary connoisseur, these bowls distil the grandeur of royal feasts into a refined, personal indulgence.
Curated by Raiya’s culinary team, the bowls are part of a larger seasonal evolution at the restaurant that also introduces new signatures such as Ocean Kissed Prawns, Avocado Affair Flatbread, and the Sole of the Sea. For dessert lovers, the Lotus Biscoff Royal Cheesecake continues to reign as the house favourite.
Each bowl reimagines the concept of comfort dining with royal finesse from the Shehenshahi Murg Bowl and Badshahi Dal Makhani Bowl, to the vegetarian delight Mystic Mushroom. Every bowl is a complete meal that carries the signature Raiya flair, intricate, elegant, and rich in cultural expression.

To complement the menu, Raiya’s Lustre Collective Bar has added a new lineup of clarified cocktails that blur the line between mixology and artistry. Signatures like Noureen (a blend of nine spirits), Madira Treasury (inspired by ancient Saki rituals), and Elysian offer an experience that’s as immersive as the cuisine.
