The Indian hotel sector saw occupancy rising by two to four percentage points in February this year compared to the same period last year. Average Room Rates (ARR) surged by 14 to 16 per cent year-on-year, crossing ₹10,000 mark. Subsequently, RevPAR saw a notable 19 to 21 per cent y-o-y increase, according to HVS’s Hospitality Monthly Overview of National Industry Trends and Occupancy Report March 2025.
