Amit Kumar, CMO, TGI Hotels, said metro hotel rates remain firm as demand exceeds supply across corporate, leisure, and MICE segments. With branded occupancy at 68 per cent, he expects pricing to stabilise in 12–18 months as new inventory enters, keeping metros strongly demand-driven until then.
