Whiteland Corporation has signed an agreement with Marriott International to bring Westin Residences to Gurugram, India. The total investment for the project is estimated at around ₹5,600 crore, including construction costs and land costs. The Westin Residences Gurugram is the largest branded residences and the first standalone residential property in India under the renowned Westin brand, offering exclusivity, wellness, and world-class hospitality.
