Mahindra Holidays & Resorts India has signed an MoU with the Government of Tamil Nadu, establishing a strategic collaboration to enhance tourism in the state. As per the terms of the MoU, MHRIL is set to invest a significant amount of ₹800 crores in constructing three new greenfield resorts within the next five to six years. This marks Mahindra Holidays & Resorts India’s second-largest investment, succeeding the ₹1,000 crores investment made in Uttarakhand last year. With this significant investment, MHRIL will double its footprint in Tamil Nadu, with Club Mahindra already operating resorts in Ooty and Kodaikanal.
