Lemon Tree Hotels has signed an 80-room hotel in Zirakpur, Punjab. The resort will be operated by Carnation Hotels Private Limited, a fully-owned subsidiary of the company’s management division, when it becomes operational in the second quarter of FY27. Lemon Tree has signed nine properties since the start of current fiscal year, increasing the inventory in India by around 700 rooms. Nepal is also included in this number. It manages roughly 90 hotels. Vikramjit Singh, President, Lemon Tree Hotels, said, “For this project we have partnered with Space Builders & Promoters. This hotel will be an addition to our three existing operational hotels. We also have two other upcoming properties in the state and we aim to extend our offerings across to answer to the needs of the evolving traveller.”
