As per HVS Anarock’s November 2025 report, India’s hotel sector posted a marginal year-on-year rise in occupancy in October, signalling stable demand despite regional disparities. Jaipur led the performance charts, reporting the strongest jump in occupancy with an increase of 6–8 percentage points fuelled by robust domestic leisure travel, festive-season inflows, cultural events and destination weddings.
