IHG Hotels & Resorts has signed a management agreement with Siddhya Hotels & Resorts for the development of Holiday Inn Resort Kufri, set to open in 2026. The resort, located in Shimla, Kufri, will offer 100 well-appointed keys, including 10 exclusive suites, and will cater to independent travellers, M!CE, and wedding segments. The resort will feature four F&B outlets, a spa, and four meeting and event spaces, including a grand ballroom for weddings.
