Expanding its mainstream portfolio, IHG signs a management agreement with Oriental Structural Engineers Pvt. Ltd. to develop a new Holiday Inn hotel – Holiday Inn Gurgaon NH 8 in the NCR region. The property featuring 139 keys is expected to be operational by the first quarter of 2025. Strategically located on the NH8 highway, which connects Delhi Airport to Gurgaon, the hotel is expected to benefit from excellent visibility and accessibility. The hotel will have approximately 400 sq.mts of meeting and banqueting space to cater to the growing demand coming from MICE and social events segments.
