IHG Hotels & Resorts has signed a management agreement with Geelan Residency for voco Srinagar, its first hotel in Kashmir. The hotel is set to open in Q4 2026, marking IHG’s sixth development in India and following the first in Jim Corbett. voco offers a premium experience, combining the charm of an individual hotel with the quality of a global brand. The hotel is located in an upmarket commercial area, easily accessible by road from the airport, major leisure attractions, and residential areas. It is also within a 2-hour driving distance from Gulmarg, Pahalgam, and Sonmarg, making it an ideal choice for leisure travellers.
