Indian Hotels Company (IHCL) has announced the signing of its fourth hotel in Jamshedpur, Jharkhand. This is a conversion and will be rebranded Vivanta after extensive renovations. The hotel will be operational in 2024.
Suma Venkatesh, Executive Vice President, Real Estate & Development, IHCL said, “Jharkhand with its significant commercial potential is being recognized as an important state. This signing is in line with IHCL’s vision to be present in key markets. Vivanta Jamshedpur is a step in that direction, as it is amongst the largest cities of the state. With this hotel, IHCL will now have two of its brands in the city. We are delighted to partner with Vijaya Homes Group.”
