Indian Hotels Company (IHCL) has announced the signing of a new hotel in Talegaon, Pune. This greenfield project will be branded a Vivanta. The 140-keys hotel spread over 2.5 acres is located on Talegaon MIDC road. The hotel will feature an all-day diner-Mynt, a speciality restaurant and Wink, the bar with over 4000 sq.ft. of banquet space. The recreation facilities will include a swimming pool, a gym and a spa. Speaking on the occasion, Suma Venkatesh, Executive Vice President, Real Estate & Development, IHCL, said, “This signing will strengthen IHCL’s presence in Pune. Talegoan is a leading automobile and manufacturing hub in the state and it is poised for further growth with increasing infrastructure development in the area. This will be IHCL’s fifth hotel in Pune.”
