HRAWI conducted FSSAI’s latest Food Safety Supervisor Training in Advance Catering (FoSTaC), on 30th April, 2025 at Amarpreet Hotel- A M Hotel Kollection in Chhatrapati Sambhaji Nagar. The training programme was attended by 28 hospitality professionals, equipping them with critical insights into food safety protocols, sanitation practices and sustainable waste management strategies to elevate operational standards across the sector.
The session was inaugurated by Dr Pasupathy V., Trainer, Parikshan and Sudipto Hore, General Manager, Amarpreet Hotel- A M Hotel Kollection.
With this latest edition, HRAWI has now certified 3,474 professionals through its FoSTaC initiatives, reaffirming its dedication to promoting a robust culture of food safety. The programmes aim to empower hospitality stakeholders with actionable knowledge and skills to maintain compliance with national safety regulations and global best practices.
