Indian hotels saw two to four per cent year-on-year rise in occupancy with Average Room Rates (ARR) rising 10 to 12 per cent in January 2025, said a report by HVS Anarock. The ARR grew to ₹9,100 to ₹9,300, driving RevPAR up 15 to 17 per cent to ₹6,006 to ₹6,324. This surge reflects strong demand and increased pricing power and marks a robust start to 2025 for the sector.
