HospiSource 2025 celebrates Innovation Excellence in Indian Hospitality & Food Service

The 4th Edition of HospiSource 2025 celebrated Innovation Excellence in Indian hospitality and food service on 3rd July 2025 in Coimbatore. It was a grand celebration of hospitality innovation and excellence in the foodservice industry. This prestigious hospitality event brought together over 350 industry delegates, including HoReCa professionals, hospitality leaders, and foodservice entrepreneurs, to honour transformative achievements across the sector.

The event commenced with inspiring welcome addresses from industry dignitaries—Mr. Balaji Murali, Co-founder of HospiSource; Mr. Rajesh Chowdhury, Founder of FSCAI (Food Service Consultants Association of India); and Mr. Arun, President of SKAL International Coimbatore. Their messages set a powerful tone for a night dedicated to recognizing cutting-edge foodservice technology, sustainable hospitality solutions, and equipment innovations that are reshaping the Indian hospitality ecosystem.

Prominent hospitality associations—SICA (South India Chef’s Association), SIHRA (South India Hotels and Restaurants Association), SKAL, HPMF (Hospitality Purchasing Managers’ Forum), AFSTI (Association of Food Scientists and Technologists – India), KHRA (Karnataka Hotel and Restaurant Association), SIB (Society of Indian Bakers), and the Tamil Nadu Hotel Association—were also acknowledged for their vital roles in promoting industry collaboration and growth.

A major highlight was felicitation of achievers across diverse categories such as kitchen equipment innovation, sustainability in foodservice, food safety, and product excellence. Leading hospitality brands and foodservice equipment manufacturers such as Chandran Steels, Cornell India, Williams Refrigeration, Salva Industrial, Mirakle, PKR Equipment’s, Swastik Synergy Engineering, Sri Mahalakshmi Dairy, Hatco Foodservice Equipment India, Peace On Plate, Unox India, ITW India (Hobart), Klaus Refrigeration, Kaapi Machines, On 2 Cook India, Resguardo, Dana Food Works, Kidin Industries, Alto Shaam, and Nordisk Clean Solutions were applauded for their groundbreaking contributions. Particularly notable were innovations aimed at energy efficiency, green kitchen technology, and automation in foodservice operations.

A poignant part of the evening included a special tribute segment, which honored industry legends such as Late Sir Rajendra Mittal, Mr. Ramachandra, Mr. J.M. Lawrence, and Mr. R. Kaleeswaran, whose lifelong contributions have left a legacy in the hospitality and HoReCa sector.

The event concluded with a heartfelt vote of thanks by Mr. P.A. Prabhu, Co-founder of HospiSource, a celebratory toast to continued progress, and a vibrant networking dinner, reinforcing the strong sense of community and innovation that is driving the future of Indian hospitality and foodservice.
