Himanshu Taneja has been appointed as Director of Culinary at The St. Regis Mumbai. He brings with him 17 years of excellence, working with some of the leading Indian and international hotel chains in the country. He moves to this role from that of Executive Chef at JW Marriott Juhu, where he was overseeing all operations of the culinary team and helming successful venue launches of the hotel. His innate knowledge of ingredients and his ability to understand the latest global food trends has paved his path to success. In his new role, Taneja will lead the dynamic culinary team of The St. Regis Mumbai.
