HAKS, in association with Maruchi, hosted a teppanyaki session at AAHAR 2025 showcasing its state-of-the-art teppanyaki plate which uses no exhaust hood and allows live cooking in front of the guests, making dining more interactive and fun. The plate brings 100 per cent guest satisfaction, assured Chef Vaibhav Soni. He said “Since guests can see and review the whole cooking process and make changes on spot, it brings 100 per cent satisfaction. This new concept will be very useful for your properties.” The teppanyaki station has a self-suction system which also has an air purifying unit. The session was attended and appreciated by chefs and media houses.
To enhance your property, you must bring this new concept of live cooking, said Sohani Sachdeva, Director of Marketing, HAKS. “This is the first time in AAHAR that a restaurant vibe has been created through our live teppanyaki session with a whole show lunch, which is a worthy experience.” Newly launched in the market, it caters to both vegetarian to non-vegetarian needs. Within the same teppanyaki plate, you get a vegetarian and non-vegetarian station. “We also present a Japanese robata grill, Argentinian parrilla grill and Brazilian churrasco grill with each of them having different mechanisms. Our focus on grills comes from the growing demand for quality food with enhanced textures and flavours,” Sachdeva added.
