FHRAI has written to Dr. Mansukh Mandaviya, Union Minister of Health & Family Welfare, Chemicals and Fertilizers, Government of India requesting a perpetual licence for food businesses in the country. In the letter written to Mandaviya, FHRAI said, “We would like to congratulate you and the entire FSSAI team for successfully organizing the Global Food Regulators Summit 2023. We would also like to extend our accolades to FSSAI for the pathbreaking initiative that has garnered global acclaim for its potential to transform and strengthen the world’s food safety systems and paving the way for a more robust food safety and regulatory ecosystem.”
