Addressing the FPO–Hospitality & Farmers’ Benefit Summit 2025, Surendra Kumar Jaiswal, President, FHRAI, affirmed the readiness of hotels to procure directly from Farmer Producer Organizations (FPOs) provided supply is consistent and quality-assured. Other experts and leaders also emphasised that direct FPO–hotel linkages would form a powerful win-win model for the industry boosting farmers’ incomes, while enabling hotels to source premium, largely chemical-free ingredients.
