FHRAI have initiated to set-up Grievance Redressal Forum for Hospitality Fraternity opposing Arbitrary and Unethical Business Practises by the Online Travel Aggregators (OTA’s). “We request the Fraternity to submit the requisite data regarding Issues faced by them from OYO, both Pre and During COVID times. As you may be aware that based on the request submitted by FHRAI to the Competition Commission of India (CCI) to study the malpractices by OTA’s regarding which an investigation is already under way,” complaint said.
Further complaint said, “We look forward to receiving your response allowing the Federation to take immediate steps to get the issue faced by the Hospitality Fraternity, addressed before the appropriate authorities, at the earliest.”
