A gala dinner, fun-filled performances and a number of themed activities concluded Novotel and ibis Bengaluru Outer Ring Road’s Heartist (employee) Celebration Week. A week to celebrate the ones who matter, the smiles behind welcoming doors, impeccable rooms, and world-class gastronomy.
The Heartist celebration week was brought about as a novel way to acknowledge the people who are the foundation of the hotel by recognizing their efforts and giving them a chance to relax and unwind. The idea was to appreciate them by encouraging initiative, allowing spontaneity and letting every employee express their personality.
