According to the HVS Anarock’s Hospitality Monitor Report October 2025, Ahmedabad recorded the highest year-on-year rise in occupancy in September 2025 with 10–12 percentage points. The growth was driven by trade shows, expos, conferences, and corporate growth around GIFT City. National occupancy also inched up, reflecting consistent performance across regions, with several markets surpassing 70 per cent, underscoring robust demand in key destinations.
