Indian hotel Revenue Per Available Room (RevPAR) is projected to continue its upward trend, according to ICRA. After reaching ₹5,000 to 5,300 in fiscal year 2024, the nationwide average is forecast to rise to ₹5,500 to 5,800 in FY2025 and further to ₹5,800 to 6,200 in FY2026.
Despite achieving record occupancy levels in FY2024, RevPAR remained 8 to 12 per cent below peak levels. However, FY2025 has seen RevPAR move closer to the FY2008 peak, a trend expected to continue into FY2026.
