76 hotels, homestays, and guest houses in Mandi district have earned the Green Leaf rating for cleanliness. Of these, three received the highest rating of five leaves, 41 achieved a three-leaf rating, and 32 earned one leaf. Rohit Rathour, Additional Deputy Commissioner shared this update during monthly review meeting of the district-level monitoring committee, which oversees the Cleanliness Green Leaf Rating system. Out of 151 establishments, 76 were deemed eligible after meeting the required standards. The Cleanliness Green Leaf rating aims to improve sanitation in the hospitality sector, promote world-class cleanliness standards, prevent water pollution, and enhance cleanliness in the tourism industry.
