54% travellers choose Indian hotel brands: Booking.com

According to a report by Booking.com on inbound travel trends to India, international travellers show a strong preference for Indian brands over international ones when booking accommodation. The report, titled “How India Travels 2024 – The Inbound Edit”, revealed that 54 per cent of international visitors favour Indian hotel brands. Additionally, more than 50 per cent of those surveyed indicated a preference for staying in heritage properties during their trips to India.
