IHCL signs Taj hotel in Panchkula

IHCL has signed a greenfield project to build a Taj hotel in Panchkula, Haryana, to meet growing demand in the city’s areas of Mohali and Chandigarh. The hotel, located in HSIIDC IT park, will offer 150 spacious guest rooms with panoramic views of Ghagghar river and Panchkula golf course. “The signing of a Taj in Panchkula, one of Haryana’s leading cities, aligns with our vision to further solidify IHCL’s presence in the region. Given its proximity to Punjab, Himachal Pradesh and Uttarakhand, this addition will also create a new travel circuit,” Suma Venkatesh, Executive Vice President, Real Estate & Development, IHCL, said.
