With over two decades of experience under his belt, Chef Bishan Singh Negi joins the culinary team of Novotel Guwahati GS Road. In his new role, he looks forward to curating new culinary experiences for the guests and exploring this fascinating city. “Guwahati is different compared to other metropolitan cities; the entire northeast region is growing now. Guwahati is an emerging city and people want to try new cuisines.It makes me more comfortable and gives me a platform to introduce new culinary experiences for our guests,” he adds. Identifying the ‘cultural diversity’ as the greatest strength of his team, he says “I am looking forward to being an integral part of this family and having an amazing career with Accor.”
Born & brought up inUttarakhand. The chef completed his degree from Shree Shakti College of HotelManagement from Hyderabad. He had also done specialisation from SUAN DUSIT INTERNATIONAL SCHOOL at Thai embassy & had been associated as certifiedTrainee in Oberoi Bangalore & Oberoi New Delhi before starting his career as a Chef. His last assignment was with Westin Hyderabad Mind space asExecutive Sous Chef. When not in the kitchen, he loves to explore new places, experience new cultures and try new cuisines.
