Madhya Pradesh Govt invites online bid for 3 Heritage properties & land at 8 potential land parcels in the state to set up tourism projects on attractive conditions. The available potential heritage properties are Benazir Palace in Bhopal, Singhpur Palace near Chanderi and Vijay Raghavgarh Fort near Bandhavgarh National Park. The heritage properties are being offered on attractive conditions such as long term lease for 90 years, 1% lease rent per year of the premium amount and minimum reserved price of only Rs 01.00 Lakh, etc. To boost tourism in the state, 19 land parcels & 5 Heritage Properties have already been allotted to investors, well known groups like Mahindra Holidays, Orange County, Waxpole, State Express, Clarks, Suryagarh Forts, Jehan-numa palace , Syna, Rajasthan Fort and palaces-Jaipur, Oberoi Groups & Goldman Hotels and Resorts Pvt Ltd.
