Berco’s to launch three new cloud kitchen brands

Berco’s to launch three new cloud kitchen brands. The restaurant has seen a steady growth after the lockdown, dine-in and home deliveries are one of the reasons for this. From the safety point of view, the restaurant is taking all the precautions of sanitisation and maintaining social distancing.

The Indian Quick Service Restaurant chain, the Chinese and Thai restaurant Berco’s is launching their three new cloud kitchens very soon. Cloud Kitchens are also called Ghost or Dark Kitchens which are decoded as the hot trend in the Food and Beverage industry. Cloud Kitchens are a great opportunity for food entrepreneurs to invest in virtual kitchens. Cloud kitchens are low-cost models where kitchens are rented by two or more restaurants to prepare food for the delivery. Before the COVID-19 pandemic, online food delivery and cloud kitchen business was steadily gaining popularity in the market but it took a sudden hype in the current situation. Cloud Kitchen is the perfect solution to maintain contactless food delivery. Along with this, it’s the best way to optimise the online delivery system. Now it’s a time when everything happens on our tip of fingers, everything has a digital representation and cloud kitchens are the best way to step in this. It will also be a major plus point for the restaurants to focus on customer retention by attracting them with their online food delivery services.

Kabir Advani, Managing Director of Berco’s Chain of Restaurants said, “It’s been more than two decades being in this food and beverage industry but this type of recession is something that has never been seen. But to fight with this we have to keep innovating our services and our work. Berco’s feels more than happy to announce its launch of three cloud kitchens and I believe that keeping in with the traditional methods for your sales and marketing is not enough. We have to try something different to keep growing and with that thought, we are soon starting our very own cloud kitchens. In this time of uncertainty, this is something that I believe will bring a big change for the brand, and cloud kitchens are being a promising future in this industry. We are more focusing on innovative double-layered and eco-friendly packaging and also most importantly to maintain social distancing.”
