The 150-key resort, spread across a 12-acre site with access to Jaipur’s cultural and commercial districts, is expected to open in 2030. The development reinforces the company’s objective of curating properties that draw on regional character while meeting the expectations of premium leisure and experiential travellers.

Epiq Collection focuses on destination-led product positioning, with architecture and guest experience shaped by local narratives. Jaipur’s architectural heritage, artisanal craft ecosystem and strong tourism demand provide a relevant backdrop for the brand’s design-oriented approach.

Resort designed to integrate local narratives with contemporary hospitality

Envisioned as a tranquil resort, the property is planned around regionally influenced architecture and intuitive service. The design framework is intended to reflect Rajasthan’s legacy of forts, palaces and craft traditions, with an emphasis on creating a sense of place through materiality, spatial planning and guest programming. The resort aims to serve travellers seeking culturally anchored experiences within a premium setting.
