Le Bristol Paris has launched a new afternoon Tea Time experience at Café Antonia, marking the first menu designed by its newly appointed Pastry Chef, Maxence Barbot. Available daily from 10 November, the offering introduces a refreshed interpretation of the French tea ritual through a three-act culinary format combining savoury bites, a pre-dessert, and signature pastries.
The experience begins with a savoury selection created in collaboration with three-Michelin-starred Chef Arnaud Faye, featuring a brioche filled with lobster and a salmon pastrami finger with trout roe. This is followed by a citrus vacherin pre-dessert, highlighting seasonal flavours and light textures.
The centrepiece of the service, the Tea Time Tree, showcases childhood favourites reimagined by Barbot together with Head Baker Corentin Molina, including the Chausson aux Pommes and miniature Parisian brioches enriched with sobacha, dulce de leche, and caramel. The grand finale presents two signature pastries — a pear charlotte with minty shiso and a refined Saint-Honoré featuring toasted vanilla pastry cream and caramel-glazed choux.
The new Tea Time is priced at €95 per person and includes a glass of champagne or a sparkling alcohol-free option. Reservations are required and can be made via phone or email.
