Hyatt, one of world’s top hotel companies aims to open over 50 luxury and lifestyle hotels worldwide by 2026 to advance its leadership in the segment. The demand for luxury travel surged in the year 2023 and it continues to rise, revealed global real estate services provider, Savills. With 70 per cent of Hyatt’s global rooms categorised as luxury and upper upscale and Hyatt having expanded this portfolio by an impressive 28 luxury hotels and resorts in the past three years and doubled its luxury room count since 2017, Hyatt is perfectly positioned to seize the demand both globally and in the priority growth market of Europe.
