Rimal D’Silva joins JW Marriott Mumbai Sahar as Director of Human Resources. Prior to this role, Rimal was the Director of Human Resources at Four Seasons Hotel Mumbai. A post-graduate in Human Resource Management, she joined JW Marriott Mumbai Juhu as a Management Trainee in Human Resources. During the programme, she gained exposure to cross-functional roles in human resources and training. Rimal was promoted to Assistant Manager – Training on successful completion of the programme.
