Remembering the supreme sacrifice and bravery of war heroes, Director General-MOT Mr. G. Kamala Vardhan Rao paid his respects at the edifice displaying the names of the martyrs at National War Memorial in New Delhi. Celebrating Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav, the Ministry of Tourism also organised a visit of the Tourism related stakeholders to the National War Memorial. Inaugurated on February 25, 2019, the Memorial is spread over 40 acres. It is dedicated to all the soldiers who selflessly laid their lives for the country. MOT also felicitated the kith and kin of the martyrs.
