Roseate Hotels & Resorts has signed The Roseate Bhimtal, a 30-room boutique property in Uttarakhand scheduled to open in December 2026. This project marks the brand’s first management contract in India. Overlooking Bhimtal Lake, the resort is a five-hour drive from Delhi, catering to the luxury leisure segment.
Kush Kapoor, CEO, Roseate Hotels & Resorts, noted the signing represents a strategic pivot toward management partnerships for the Bird Group-owned brand. The Kumaon-based retreat will undergo a full refurbishment to integrate Roseate’s signature wellness and dining concepts. This expansion strengthens the group’s Northern Indian footprint, adding to its current seven-hotel portfolio across India and the UK.
