The LaLiT Suri Hospitality Group, in partnership with Sofiya NGO and the Keshav Suri Foundation, has launched a skilling and employment initiative aimed at building a more inclusive and employable workforce.
The programme focuses on empowering Persons with Disabilities (PwDs) and individuals from economically marginalised communities with industry-relevant skills, supporting their integration into the formal workforce while expanding the hospitality sector’s skilled talent pool.
