The Hotel And Restaurant Association (Western India) is readying its 6th “Empowering Hospitality” Conclave on 26 February in Mahabaleshwar. The upcoming event at Ramsukh Resorts & Spa targets owners, operators, and suppliers, aiming to bridge the gap between traditional service and future-facing innovation. This follows a successful Knowledge Series debut in Pune on 12 February, with HRAWI confirming the second session of the series is also happening soon.
Key sessions in the 6th conclave will feature experts from Ernst & Young, and Ingram Micro, focusing on the DPDP Act and the impact of Artificial Intelligence on guest personalisation. Dr V Pasupathy, Founder and Director, Parikshan, will also lead technical discussions on food safety standards and pest control. Jimmy Shaw, President, HRAWI, noted that the agenda reflects the industry’s increasing reliance on data security, and digital efficiency. The event will culminate in the HRAWI Awards celebrating excellence in sustainability and service — across the Western India’s hospitality fraternity.
