According to HVS Anarock, India’s hotel sector recorded strong growth in February, with occupancy rates in most markets remained above 75%, supported by strong wedding, MICE, and corporate demand. Mumbai recorded the highest occupancy at 86–88%, followed closely by New Delhi, Ahmedabad, and Chennai, which reported occupancy levels of 85–87%.
The month saw some of the highest ARRs across the country, with most markets reporting double‑digit year‑on‑year growth. New Delhi posted the highest average rates, crossing ₹18,500, followed by Mumbai, which crossed ₹15,500.
