Naugai brings over 25 years of experience in leisure, travel, and corporate sales. In his most recent role at The Mars Resort, he led growth initiatives and contributed to strengthening the property’s sales strategy.
Over the course of his career, he has been associated with several hospitality brands, including Select Holidays Resorts, Starlit Suites Group of Hotels, Amritara Group of Hotels, and The Connaught Place, gaining extensive experience across diverse market segments.
In his new role, Naugai will focus on strengthening regional sales strategies, enhancing partnerships, and driving revenue growth for the group. The company expects his industry expertise to play a key role in supporting its expansion plans and reinforcing its position in the competitive hospitality landscape.
