As per HVS Anarock November 2025 report, Average Room Rates (ARR) maintained strong momentum in October 2025, registering double-digit growth across most major hotel markets. Bengaluru led the surge with a 23–25 per cent increase in ARR, followed closely by Hyderabad, which recorded growth of 15–17 per cent, emerging as the other top-performing market during the month.
