Atmosphere Core is targeting pan-India expansion, with a focus on developing luxury properties under its portfolio of brands, including The Ozen Collection, Atmosphere Hotels & Resorts, and Colours of Oblu, said Souvagya Mohapatra, Managing Director (India, Nepal, Bhutan, and Sri Lanka), Atmosphere Core. The company is focusing on key destinations, including Andaman, Kerala, Odisha, Himachal Pradesh, Rajasthan, the Northeast, Karnataka, and Maharashtra.
He further said that a rising middle class with greater disposable income, along with projections of 30 billion international tourist arrivals by 2028, expected to generate over US$59 billion, is strengthening the sector’s outlook.
