The Association of Hospitality Professionals (AHP) and the Hotel & Restaurant Equipment Manufacturers’ Association of India (HOTREMAI) have partnered to organise the Experium Knowledge Summit and the 9th Hospitality Excellence Awards 2026. The initiative aims to strengthen collaboration, innovation, and knowledge sharing across India’s hospitality industry.
The Association of Hospitality Professionals (AHP) and the Hotel & Restaurant Equipment Manufacturers’ Association of India (HOTREMAI) will jointly host the Experium Knowledge Summit 2026 and the 9th Hospitality Excellence Awards 2026 on 24 July at The Suryaa New Delhi.
The collaboration brings together two organisations representing different segments of the hospitality ecosystem, with AHP focusing on professional development and leadership, and HOTREMAI representing hospitality equipment manufacturers and technology providers.
The event will convene hotel owners, general managers, corporate chefs, executive chefs, food and beverage leaders, housekeepers, restaurateurs, hospitality educators, consultants, procurement professionals, manufacturers, and solution providers to facilitate industry dialogue, business networking, and knowledge exchange.
Summit to address industry trends
Scheduled from 3 pm to 6 pm, the Experium Knowledge Summit will feature keynote sessions and panel discussions on procurement trends, beverage innovation, sustainability in hotel design, and the growing role of robotics and artificial intelligence in hospitality.
The summit will include speakers such as Prerna Sachdeva, Amiya Shankar, PA Prabhu, Abhishek Saxena, Chef Bharat Alagh, Vikram Khurana, Nisheeth Shrivastava, Rajat Agarwal, Anirudh Singhal, Alok Dubey, Siddharth Teckchandani, Satender Jangra, Imran Khan, Madhu Chandok, Rajesh Chopra, Sangya Gupta, Nilesh Patel, Sarbendra Sarkar, and Amandeep Sarna, who will discuss emerging opportunities and challenges shaping the hospitality sector.

Awards to honour industry excellence
The 9th Hospitality Excellence Awards 2026, beginning at 7 pm, will recognise excellence across four categories: AHP Hotel Awards 2026, AHP Food Awards 2026, AHP Hospitality Achievers’ Awards 2026, and AHP Education Awards 2026.
The ceremony will be attended by Arun Singh, Member of Parliament, Rajya Sabha, as Chief Guest.
